What is better than one adorable kitty?

In the fall of 2008, Casa de los Gatos was called by the Pima Animal Care Center because three mother cats and their 15 kittens had been left there. The kittens were too young to be adopted through the center, so their only hope to get out alive was with a rescue group. Casa de los Gatos supporters and volunteers quickly banded together to save these precious lives. These cats came to us covered in fleas, sick, and very thin. We were not even sure if a few of them would make it, but miraculously, they all did! After ridding the kitties of their fleas and weeks of TLC and medical care they all bounced back, full of purrs and play. One by one and two by two, these kittens and their moms have found their Forever Homes with loving adoptive families.

Unfortunately for Lilo, and Levi, their kitty colds kept coming back, and they had been on and off medication when they were younger. These cute and active kitties are hoping to celebrate their next birthday in their own Forever Home!  They have been off medication for awhile now and only have an occasional sneeze or runny nose. We are hoping to find these two wonderful kitties the special family they have so patiently been wating for.  Could it be you?

We would love to keep these two together but we will split them up for the right family. If you are interested in both though, we will have a special adoption fee of 2-4-1 for them.

Levi is the orange and white tuxedo kitty. He is the shyest of them, but very gentle. He just needs a little extra time to warm up and learn to trust you. Your patience will be rewarded with amazing love, if you give him a chance! He loves to play with toys and keeps watch over his sister.

Lilo is black and white and the baby of the family. She is brave and likes to try out new things but she will also slow down for pets and snuggling in your lap. Her favorite toys are anything you can shake for her to chase and her brother's tail.

Let us know if  would like more info about these kitties or you can meet them in "purrson" most weekends at the Petco located at 22nd St and Harrison Rd during regluar adoption hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm!
