| The cats pictured below would love to have YOU as a Purrfect Pal sponsor.
A few may currently have a sponsor but multiple sponsors are quite welcome! |
 | Wendell came from a litter of 7 whose mama had been hit by a car and killed when the tiny kittens
were only 5 weeks old. The luckiest kittens in the litter did not have the Feline Leukemia virus and were
able to find loving homes. Wendell and
his sister Whitney tested positive for Feline Leukemia, and remain with Casa de los Gatos.
|
 | Acorn is a rather charismatic cat who has his own private fan club in the Feline Leukemia house. He is
a quiet and serene presence that is both dignified and enigmatic.
|
 | Chalo hides under a bed until drawn out by salmon favored treats! He prefers to keep to himself
but will accept some petting. With a Purrfect Pal he would most likely come out more frequently!
|
 | Herman is a great big sweetheart! He was rescued by a cat lover who already had a dozen cats,
and although he is larger than most cats, he is timid around other kitties. When Herman tested
positive for Feline Leukemia, his rescuer brought him to us. Herman loves to sit on laps and has a
funny habit of 'wading' into his food bowl!
|
 | Chantelle is a bit timid and needs a little help with her grooming, but she is a sweet cat
who likes treats and gentle attention.
|
 | Gem is very worthy of her name: she is a dilute tortoise shell kitty who is quiet and friendly
and loves gentle attention.
|
 | Lily recently came to live in our Feline Leukemia house and is still
adjusting to living with many other kitties, but doing well and accepting love from all of the people
who visit. She would love to have some extra special attention!
|
 | Orville is a large buff-orange male cat who tested
positive for Feline Leukemia. Orville loves to get treats and attention
along with his buddies at the Flanwill house.
|
 | Max is a polite and patient guy. He likes attention and salmon flavored treats
and gets along well with the many other FeLV+ kitties he shares space with.
|
 | If you think you're seeing double, that's because Matthew is nearly an identical twin
to his brother Max! Except for a patch of gray fur on Matthew's front right leg, it's hard to
tell them apart. |
 | Marxie (black and white) and Francie (Calico) are good buddies who live in our
Feline Leukemia house. Both are sweet and affectionate kitties who would love to have more
frequent visitors. |
 | Mira is a very sweet and patient girl who likes treats and attention but never crowds
out other cats in our Feline Leukemia house. She is a beautiful Russian Blue kitty who would love
to have a Purrfect Pal sponsor. |
 | Sophie is a small calico cat with a huge purr! She likes to be held and loved, and she will
reward you with her sweet cooing. |
 | Sonora is Sophie's orange tabby sister. She can be slightly shy but does like attention. |
 | Simone looks sweet, but don't let that fool you! She lets all the other cats
know that she is the reigning Princess. She likes to have her head rubbed but don't get too
close to her tail! |
 | Grayson is a regal but unassuming long-haired gray Feline Leukemia kitty. He will quietly work his way into your heart!!
|
 | Jonathan holds his own in the Feline Leukemia house without being overly aggressive. He will
gently but firmly request your attention!
|
 | Paco is a miracle! He came in as a very scared feral cat and it was hard to get anywhere near him. After many months of patience and kindness, he now
enjoys being petted and will sometimes sit on your lap. He prefers that other cats don't get too
close but he loves people! |
 | Opal is a purrbox and has a wonderful disposition! Her sweet round face and delightful
temperament make her easy to recognize
among the many black Feline Leukemia kitties! |
 | Larissa is very loveable! She misses her sister Ladybug but craves affection from humans! |
 | Kiana is a very beautiful snowshoe kitty with deep blue eyes. She loves to sit in laps and
would welcome a Purrfect Pal sponsor! |
 | Yoli is rather shy, but likes attention. She is a beautiful long haired dilute tortoise
shell kitty who lives at our Flanwill house with other Feline Leukemia positive cats. |
 | Carlotta was one of the original Casa de los Gatos cats. She came from a feral
colony, was trapped and altered but could not be returned to the same area as it was not safe
for her there. |
 | Andrew and Annie, a beautiful lilac colored brother and sister pair, have chronic digestive problems. They
eat well, but both are very tiny cats, weighing less than 5 pounds! Andrew has liver problems too,
but these two are very bonded to each other and have sweet dispositions despite their health issues. |

Our many special needs cats are less likely to be adopted, as they may have tested positive for
Feline Leukemia, or Feline Imunodeficiency Virus. Some may have lost an eye or a leg; some may still
be semi-feral. You can help the Casa Cats by becoming a Purrfect Pal sponsor for just 25 dollars per month.
Your monthly $25 donation will pay for food, litter, shelter, and routine veterinary care for a special needs cat!
